Today, De Novo Research opens its doors for business for the very first time. The aim of the agency is to understand people through the summation of their experiences. We explore the social context of experience and define identity through people’s histories, values, beliefs, dreams, and fears. To achieve this, we draw upon classic market research skills, and the adjacent skills of non-verbal communication, systems analysis, environmental psychology, to name but a few.
